Royal Oak School applications for the year 2025/2026 are open. If you would like your child to have the opportunity to experience our high-quality educational programming and small class sizes, please read the guidelines below the outline our admissions process:
1. Call the school to arrange a conversation at 905-328-9592 ext. 2 or email us at enroll@royaloakschool.ca. Alternatively, use the button to schedule a tour!

2. Submit the Online Application Form for admission to the school (located below.)

3. Make arrangements with our Admissions Team to join Royal Oak for a "Trial Morning". This ensures a seamless fit for our program, community and your child!

4. The Administration team will contact you if your application has been successful.

5. Submit the enrollment fee of $500 to admin@royaloakschool.ca and receive your acceptance letter.

Do you have a child going into the Junior or Upper Grades (Grades 4-8) who is passionate about STEM education and would thrive in a hands-on, Inquiry-based, collaborative and nurturing environment? Royal Oak is offering a free scholarship to deserving young child in the Niagara region to develop that curiosity within our classroom walls. All you need to do is apply to Royal Oak and fill out the scholarship form below!
